Data SecurityNewsletter and Marketing Emails
If you sign up for our newsletter on klub-studio.com, we send you KLÚB news, offers and event invitations by email.
How signing up works.
After you enter your email address, we send you a confirmation email. You are only subscribed after you click the link in that email and confirm. If you don’t have a KLÚB account yet, we keep your confirmed sign-up for 30 days. If you create an account with the same email address during that time, we subscribe it and let you know by email.
What we process.
Your email address, and a record of your sign-up and confirmation: date and time, IP address, browser information and the consent wording you agreed to. If you have a KLÚB account, we also note in your account that you subscribed.
Legal basis.
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Finnish Act on Electronic Communications Services).
Unsubscribing.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, in your KLÚB account settings, or by emailing contact@klub-studio.com. Withdrawing your consent doesn’t affect emails sent before that.
How long we keep it.
- Sign-ups that are never confirmed: deleted after 7 days.
- Confirmed sign-ups without a KLÚB account: deleted after 30 days.
- The record of your consent: kept while you are subscribed and for 3 years after you unsubscribe, so we can show that our emails were sent with your consent. Then it is deleted.
Who processes it.
Mindbody (our booking system, which sends our emails) and Google (Google Cloud servers in Finland store the sign-up records; Google Workspace sends the confirmation email).
Data SecurityWe implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your data is stored in secure networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
Third-Party SharingWe never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run KLÚB, under data processing agreements, and only as far as needed:
- Mindbody, Inc. (USA): class bookings, client accounts, purchases and our emails to clients.
- Google (Google Workspace, Google Cloud, Google Analytics): email, hosting of our internal tools and newsletter sign-up records, website statistics.
- Tilda: our website and its forms.
- Payment providers (such as Stripe): processing payments.

Some of these providers are based in or process data in the United States. These transfers are protected by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
