TERMS & RULES
Please do not take photos or videos during classes. Photos and videos can be taken before or after the class. But please make sure to respect everyone else’s privacy.
Please don't be late to the session as often instructor is the only one at the studio and once she starts to conduct the session she won't be available to open the entrance door.
KLUB reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not signed in and ready for their class before it begins.

If you wish to cancel a reservation you must cancel 12 hours before the start of the class to ensure your credit is returned to your account. You can manage all your class bookings through your account page on our website or via the KLÚB app.

Yes, payment via vouchers is available and works automatically.

We do accept paper vouchers and they can be added to your account as a balance for purchases. For that you would need to come to the studio and hangover them to an instructor.
STUDIO
Both of our studios have changing rooms, lockers, and showers (please bring your own towel). Mats are provided for use in all mat classes. Sweat towels are available if you are joining one of our hot sessions.
Yes, our studios have shower facilities for use by all attendees. We provide hygiene products, but you would only need to bring your own towel.
To maintain a high standard of instruction and individual attention, we limit the size of our classes. The exact number varies per class, so please check the class details while booking.

In the interest of maintaining a clean and safe environment, we encourage all members to wipe down the equipment after use. We provide paper towels for this purpose.
CLASSES
KLÚB Punavuori provides Mat Pilates, Barre and Matformer classes. Each class type is designed to cater to different fitness levels and goals.
At KLÚB Kasarmitori we provide Lagree sessions in a room equipped with Megaformer machines, and at the hot space we provide a variety of heated classes such as Hot Sculpt, Hot Barre and Hot Stretching

Regular Mat classes at KLÚB Punavuori:
Regular (non-heated) mat classes are suitable throughout pregnancy with modifications as needed. They are the most gentle and adaptable choice during pregnancy, allowing for the most modifications and can be easier adjusted to support your body and energy levels — especially Level 1 Barre and Mat Pilates classes.
As always, we recommend consulting your physician or physiotherapist before training during pregnancy, and listening closely to your body no matter which trimester you are at 🤍
Hot classes at KLÚB Kasarmitori:
Hot classes can be suitable during the first trimester for experienced clients who are feeling well overall.
It you’re experiencing pregnancy-related symptoms, you may want to consider switching to a regular (non-heated) class, where the room temperature is not externally increased, classes are more modifiable and the overall physical load is gentler.
As with all training during pregnancy, we always advise consulting your physician or physiotherapist before attending hot classes, regardless of the trimester.

Megaformer is a high-intensity, strength-based training method that places significant physical demands on the body.
If you have prior Megaformer experience, it is generally safe to continue training during the first trimester, as long as you’re feeling well.
Regardless of which trimester you are in, we always recommend consulting your physician or physiotherapist before starting or continuing Megaformer classes.
If you do not have prior Megaformer experience, we kindly ask that you do not start Megaformer as a new activity during pregnancy.

Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, but try not to wear too loose-fitting clothing; it is important that our instructors are able to check your form and alignment throughout class.

We encourage beginners to stick with the basic modifications, and to rest at any point when needed during the class. As you increase your stamina and fitness level, you will be able to add more advanced variations and join classes with higher difficulty levels.

You can book classes directly through our website or KLÚB app. Simply select your desired class, choose an available time slot, and follow the prompts to confirm your reservation.
We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations. If a class is cancelled less than 12 hours before its start time, it will count as a used session in your package.
For special events outside of regular schedule the cancellations policy is 24 hours.

If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, the system will add you and notify you automatically.
After booking a class, you will receive a confirmation email with the class details. If you don’t receive this, please contact us.
