Anyone with any fitness level or age can benefit from the methods and techniques that are provided at KLÚB.
For regular mat classes we have 3 different levels from beginner to advanced, so feel free to choose the one suitable for you.
No matter the level, the class atmosphere is always supportive and encouraging. Each student can be challenged at their own level without affecting anyone else’s workout.
We encourage beginners to stick with the basic modifications, and to rest at any point when needed during the class. As you increase your stamina and fitness level, you will be able to add more advanced variations and join classes with higher difficulty levels.
