During the first trimester, regular (non-heated) mat classes are generally a safe and suitable option, as long as you’re feeling well.
In general, regular mat classes are the most gentle and adaptable choice during pregnancy. They allow for the most modifications and can be easier adjusted to support your body and energy levels — especially Level 1 Barre and Mat Pilates classes.
