Our signature Lagree Method based workout done on the Megaformer machine. Targeting the full body in every 50 minute class, this class keeps you coming back for more. Lagree is an effective, high-intensity, low-impact form of movement prioritising muscle time under tension with slow paced movements and resistance.
If you have previous Megaformer/Lagree experience, you are welcome to join this class right away. If Megaformer and the Lagree method are still new to you, we would advise first attending at least one session of our Megaformer Intro class.
