Megaformer

Discover our Megaformer classes: full-body Lagree Method workouts combining low-impact, high-intensity resistance and slow-paced movements to sculpt strength, build endurance and boost flexibility.

All classes will be conducted in English.
Megaformer Class
Our signature Lagree Method based workout done on the Megaformer machine. Targeting the full body in every 50 minute class, this class keeps you coming back for more. Lagree is an effective, high-intensity, low-impact form of movement prioritising muscle time under tension with slow paced movements and resistance.

If you have previous Megaformer/Lagree experience, you are welcome to join this class right away. If Megaformer and the Lagree method are still new to you, we would advise first attending at least one session of our Megaformer Intro class.

Megaformer Intro Class
Our Megaformer Intro Class is the first step to integrating the Lagree Method, and our Megaformer classes in to a part of your workout routine. In this class you will learn more about the Lagree method and the use of the Megafomer machine in an educational environment with our Lagree certified trainer.
