KLÚB Membership (Birthday Offer) – Terms and Conditions
1. Parties and scope
1.1 These terms apply between KLÚB Oy (Business ID 3434161-2, Ratakatu 29 A 1, 00120 Helsinki, contact@klub-studio.com, "KLÚB") and the person who buys a KLÚB Membership at the Birthday Offer price ("Member").
1.2 By buying the membership, the Member accepts these terms, KLÚB's booking and cancellation policy and the studio rules.
1.3 The membership is personal. It cannot be transferred, shared or used by anyone else.
1.4 The Member must be at least 18 years old.
2. Membership and price
2.1 KLÚB Membership – Mat (Birthday Offer): 4 mat classes per calendar month, valid in all KLÚB studios (Helsinki and Tampere). €59 per month, €354 in total for the fixed term.
2.2 KLÚB Membership – Megaformer (Birthday Offer): 4 Megaformer classes per calendar month, valid in KLÚB's Helsinki studios offering Megaformer classes. €75 per month, €450 in total for the fixed term.
2.3 Prices include VAT. The price is fixed for the whole fixed term.
2.4 The membership does not include workshops, courses, private sessions, special events or classes of the other membership type.
3. Fixed term
3.1 The membership is a fixed-term agreement from 1 November 2026 to 30 April 2027 (6 months). It starts on 1 November 2026 regardless of the purchase date.
3.2 During the fixed term the membership cannot be cancelled, except as described in section 9 (early termination) and section 12 (right of withdrawal).
3.3 The fixed term is extended by the length of any pause (section 6).
4. Payments
4.1 The first monthly fee (November 2026) is charged at purchase. The remaining five fees are charged automatically on the 1st of each month from December 2026 to April 2027.
4.2 Fees are charged to the payment card saved in the Member's KLÚB account. The Member may also pay fees with exercise-benefit balance (e.g. ePassi, Smartum, Edenred) loaded to their KLÚB account. The balance must cover the full monthly fee by the payment date; otherwise the fee is charged to the saved card. Exercise-benefit balance is not refunded as cash.
4.3 If a payment fails, KLÚB may retry the charge, and the Member cannot book classes until the fee is paid. KLÚB may charge a reminder fee of €5 per written payment reminder and late-payment interest under the Finnish Interest Act.
4.4 If a fee is still unpaid 30 days after its due date, KLÚB may end the membership. Unpaid fees and the remaining monthly fees of the fixed term then remain payable and may be passed to debt collection.
5. Using classes
5.1 The membership includes 4 classes per calendar month. Unused classes expire at the end of each month. They do not carry over and are not refunded.
5.2 Classes are booked in the KLÚB app or online, subject to availability. KLÚB does not guarantee a place in a particular class, time or with a particular instructor.
5.3 A class must be cancelled at least 12 hours before it starts. A later cancellation or a no-show counts as a used class.
5.4 While the membership is active, the Member can buy extra classes of their membership type: €19 per mat class (Mat) or €24 per Megaformer class (Megaformer).
5.5 On the Member's request, class packs that the Member holds when joining and that were bought before 31 October 2026 may be extended to 30 April 2027. Discounted packs bought at the KLÚB Birthday sale are not extended.
6. Pauses
6.1 Free pause: once per fixed term, the Member may pause the membership for one calendar month without giving a reason.
6.2 Extra pauses: the Member may pause for up to 2 further calendar months per fixed term. The pause fee is €20 per paused month, charged on the normal payment date.
6.3 Medical pause: if illness, injury or pregnancy prevents training for at least 30 days, as shown by a medical certificate, the membership is paused free of charge in full calendar months, for up to 3 months at a time.
6.4 Pauses start on the 1st of a month, at the earliest on 1 December 2026. A pause must be requested by email (section 14) at least 7 days before it starts; a medical pause starts on the 1st of the month after the certificate is received. Pauses are not granted retroactively.
6.5 During a pause no monthly fee is charged (except the pause fee in 6.2) and no membership classes can be used. Bookings in the pause period are cancelled. The fixed term and the remaining payments move forward by the length of the pause.
7. After the fixed term
7.1 Unless the Member cancels, the membership continues until further notice after the fixed term at the regular price: Mat €69 per month, Megaformer €89 per month, charged on the 1st of each month. KLÚB reminds the Member of this by email at least 30 days before the fixed term ends.
7.2 The continued membership can be cancelled at any time. Notice received at least 7 days before the next payment date (the 1st) ends the membership at the end of the current month; later notice ends it at the end of the following month. The same rule applies to notice given during the fixed term, but the membership never ends before the fixed term ends.
7.3 KLÚB may change the price or terms of a continued membership by notifying the Member at least one month in advance. The Member may cancel before the change takes effect.
8. Schedule and studio changes
8.1 KLÚB may change the class schedule, instructors, class formats and opening hours, and may cancel individual classes, for example because of an instructor's illness or availability or low sign-ups. Members booked on a cancelled class are notified, and the class is returned to their monthly allowance.
8.2 Cancelled classes, public holidays and short holiday breaks do not reduce the monthly fee, and unused classes are not moved to the next month because of them, as long as the Member can reasonably use 4 classes in that month.
8.3 If a closure or other reason on KLÚB's side prevents use of the membership for more than 7 consecutive days, KLÚB extends the membership by the same period or refunds the corresponding share of the fee. KLÚB is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
9. Early termination by the Member
9.1 The fixed term is binding. The Member may end the membership early if a significant and unforeseeable change in their life makes continuing unreasonable, in particular:
- illness or injury that prevents training for more than 2 months (medical certificate);
- pregnancy (certificate from a doctor or maternity clinic);
- a permanent move to a locality more than 50 km from the nearest KLÚB studio offering the membership's class type (proof of the new address);
- the start of military or non-military service (call-up or service certificate);
- another comparable serious and unforeseeable change, assessed case by case.
9.2 The request is made by email (section 14) with the supporting document. KLÚB may first offer a pause where it would solve the situation.
9.3 The membership ends at the end of the calendar month in which the complete request is received. Fees already charged are not refunded, and that month can still be used. An administration fee of €30 is charged.
10. Termination by KLÚB
10.1 KLÚB may end the membership with immediate effect if the Member seriously breaches these terms or the studio rules, for example through non-payment (section 4.4), sharing the membership, or behaviour that endangers the safety of others.
10.2 If KLÚB stops offering the membership or closes the studios where it is valid, KLÚB refunds fees paid for the unused period.
11. Health and responsibility
11.1 The Member is responsible for making sure their health allows training and should consult a doctor if unsure. The Member must tell the instructor about injuries, illness or pregnancy before class and follow the instructor's guidance.
11.2 KLÚB is liable for damage caused by its own negligence in accordance with Finnish law. KLÚB is not responsible for the Member's personal belongings, unless the loss or damage is caused by KLÚB's negligence.
11.3 The Member is liable for damage they cause to KLÚB's equipment or premises intentionally or through negligence.
12. Right of withdrawal
12.1 If the membership is bought online, in the KLÚB app or outside KLÚB's studios, the Member may withdraw from it within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to memberships bought in person at a KLÚB studio.
12.2 To withdraw, the Member sends an unambiguous statement by email (section 14), or uses the model withdrawal form on klub-studio.com, within the 14 days.
12.3 KLÚB refunds the payments without delay and within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the original payment method. Benefit balance is returned to the Member's KLÚB account.
12.4 By buying, the Member requests that the membership starts on 1 November 2026, even if the withdrawal period has not ended. If the membership has already been used, KLÚB deducts a proportionate amount for each class used, including late cancellations and no-shows (section 5.3): €14.75 per class (Mat) or €18.75 per class (Megaformer).
13. Personal data
KLÚB processes the Member's personal data in accordance with its privacy policy, available at klub-studio.com.
14. Notices
Pause, termination and withdrawal requests are sent by email to contact@klub-studio.com (Helsinki studios) or tampere@klub-studio.com (Tampere studio). KLÚB confirms them in writing. KLÚB sends notices to the email address in the Member's account.
15. Changes to these terms
During the fixed term, KLÚB changes these terms only in the Member's favour or where the law requires it. Changes for a continued membership follow section 7.3.
16. Applicable law and disputes
16.1 These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are first settled by negotiation with KLÚB.
16.2 A consumer Member may take a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, www.kuluttajariita.fi) after first contacting the Consumer Advisory Services, or bring it before the district court of their place of residence.
16.3 These terms are available in English and Finnish. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
KLÚB-jäsenyys (synttäritarjous) – jäsenyysehdot
1. Osapuolet ja soveltamisala
1.1 Näitä ehtoja sovelletaan KLÚB Oy:n (Y-tunnus 3434161-2, Ratakatu 29 A 1, 00120 Helsinki, contact@klub-studio.com, ”KLÚB”) ja KLÚB-jäsenyyden synttäritarjoushintaan ostaneen henkilön (”Jäsen”) välillä.
1.2 Ostamalla jäsenyyden Jäsen hyväksyy nämä ehdot, KLÚBin varaus- ja peruutusehdot sekä studion järjestyssäännöt.
1.3 Jäsenyys on henkilökohtainen. Sitä ei voi siirtää, jakaa tai antaa toisen käyttöön.
1.4 Jäsenen on oltava vähintään 18-vuotias.
2. Jäsenyys ja hinta
2.1 KLÚB-jäsenyys – Mat (synttäritarjous): 4 mattotuntia kalenterikuukaudessa, voimassa kaikilla KLÚBin studioilla (Helsinki ja Tampere). 59 € kuukaudessa, määräajalta yhteensä 354 €.
2.2 KLÚB-jäsenyys – Megaformer (synttäritarjous): 4 Megaformer-tuntia kalenterikuukaudessa, voimassa KLÚBin Helsingin studioilla, joilla on Megaformer-tunteja. 75 € kuukaudessa, määräajalta yhteensä 450 €.
2.3 Hinnat sisältävät arvonlisäveron. Hinta on kiinteä koko määräajan.
2.4 Jäsenyys ei sisällä työpajoja, kursseja, yksityistunteja, erikoistapahtumia eikä toisen jäsenyystyypin tunteja.
3. Määräaika
3.1 Jäsenyys on määräaikainen 1.11.2026–30.4.2027 (6 kuukautta). Se alkaa 1.11.2026 ostopäivästä riippumatta.
3.2 Määräaikana jäsenyyttä ei voi irtisanoa, paitsi kohdassa 9 (ennenaikainen päättäminen) ja kohdassa 12 (peruuttamisoikeus) kuvatulla tavalla.
3.3 Määräaika pitenee tauon pituudella (kohta 6).
4. Maksut
4.1 Ensimmäinen kuukausimaksu (marraskuu 2026) veloitetaan ostohetkellä. Loput viisi maksua veloitetaan automaattisesti kunkin kuukauden 1. päivä joulukuusta 2026 huhtikuuhun 2027.
4.2 Maksut veloitetaan Jäsenen KLÚB-tilille tallennetulta maksukortilta. Jäsen voi maksaa maksuja myös KLÚB-tililleen ladatulla liikuntaetusaldolla (esim. ePassi, Smartum, Edenred). Saldon on katettava koko kuukausimaksu eräpäivään mennessä; muuten maksu veloitetaan tallennetulta kortilta. Liikuntaetusaldoa ei palauteta rahana.
4.3 Jos maksu epäonnistuu, KLÚB voi yrittää veloitusta uudelleen, eikä Jäsen voi varata tunteja ennen kuin maksu on suoritettu. KLÚB voi periä 5 euron muistutusmaksun kustakin kirjallisesta maksumuistutuksesta sekä viivästyskorkoa korkolain mukaisesti.
4.4 Jos maksu on edelleen maksamatta 30 päivää eräpäivän jälkeen, KLÚB voi päättää jäsenyyden. Maksamatta olevat maksut ja määräajan jäljellä olevat kuukausimaksut jäävät tällöin maksettaviksi, ja ne voidaan siirtää perintään.
5. Tuntien käyttö
5.1 Jäsenyyteen sisältyy 4 tuntia kalenterikuukaudessa. Käyttämättömät tunnit vanhenevat kunkin kuukauden lopussa. Niitä ei siirretä seuraavaan kuukauteen eikä hyvitetä.
5.2 Tunnit varataan KLÚB-sovelluksessa tai verkossa vapaiden paikkojen mukaan. KLÚB ei takaa paikkaa tietylle tunnille, tiettyyn aikaan tai tietyn ohjaajan tunnille.
5.3 Tunti on peruttava viimeistään 12 tuntia ennen sen alkua. Myöhäisempi peruutus tai saapumatta jättäminen lasketaan käytetyksi tunniksi.
5.4 Jäsenyyden ollessa voimassa Jäsen voi ostaa jäsenyystyyppinsä lisätunteja: 19 € / mattotunti (Mat) tai 24 € / Megaformer-tunti (Megaformer).
5.5 Jäsenen pyynnöstä hänellä liittymishetkellä voimassa olevien, ennen 31.10.2026 ostettujen tuntipakettien voimassaoloa voidaan jatkaa 30.4.2027 asti. KLÚBin synttärimyynnistä alennuksella ostettujen pakettien voimassaoloa ei jatketa.
6. Tauot
6.1 Maksuton tauko: Jäsen voi kerran määräajan aikana keskeyttää jäsenyyden yhdeksi kalenterikuukaudeksi ilmoittamatta syytä.
6.2 Lisätauot: Jäsen voi keskeyttää jäsenyyden enintään kahdeksi muuksi kalenterikuukaudeksi määräajan aikana. Taukomaksu on 20 € keskeytettyä kuukautta kohden, ja se veloitetaan tavanomaisena maksupäivänä.
6.3 Sairaustauko: jos sairaus, vamma tai raskaus estää harjoittelun vähintään 30 päivän ajan lääkärintodistuksella osoitetusti, jäsenyys keskeytetään maksutta täysinä kalenterikuukausina, enintään 3 kuukaudeksi kerrallaan.
6.4 Tauot alkavat kuukauden 1. päivänä, aikaisintaan 1.12.2026. Tauosta on ilmoitettava sähköpostitse (kohta 14) viimeistään 7 päivää ennen sen alkua; sairaustauko alkaa todistuksen vastaanottamista seuraavan kuukauden 1. päivänä. Taukoja ei myönnetä takautuvasti.
6.5 Tauon aikana kuukausimaksua ei veloiteta (lukuun ottamatta kohdan 6.2 taukomaksua), eikä jäsenyyden tunteja voi käyttää. Taukojakson varaukset perutaan. Määräaika ja jäljellä olevat maksut siirtyvät tauon pituudella eteenpäin.
7. Määräajan jälkeen
7.1 Ellei Jäsen irtisano jäsenyyttä, se jatkuu määräajan jälkeen toistaiseksi voimassa olevana normaalihintaan: Mat 69 € kuukaudessa, Megaformer 89 € kuukaudessa, veloitettuna kunkin kuukauden 1. päivä. KLÚB muistuttaa tästä sähköpostitse viimeistään 30 päivää ennen määräajan päättymistä.
7.2 Jatkuvan jäsenyyden voi irtisanoa milloin tahansa. Viimeistään 7 päivää ennen seuraavaa maksupäivää (kuukauden 1. päivä) vastaanotettu irtisanominen päättää jäsenyyden kuluvan kuukauden lopussa; myöhemmin vastaanotettu irtisanominen päättää sen seuraavan kuukauden lopussa. Sama sääntö koskee määräajan aikana annettua irtisanomista, mutta jäsenyys ei koskaan pääty ennen määräajan päättymistä.
7.3 KLÚB voi muuttaa jatkuvan jäsenyyden hintaa tai ehtoja ilmoittamalla siitä Jäsenelle vähintään kuukautta etukäteen. Jäsen voi irtisanoa jäsenyyden ennen muutoksen voimaantuloa.
8. Aikataulu- ja studiomuutokset
8.1 KLÚB voi muuttaa tuntiaikataulua, ohjaajia, tuntimuotoja ja aukioloaikoja sekä perua yksittäisiä tunteja esimerkiksi ohjaajan sairastumisen tai saatavuuden tai vähäisen osallistujamäärän vuoksi. Perutulle tunnille ilmoittautuneille Jäsenille ilmoitetaan perumisesta, ja tunti palautetaan heidän kuukausikiintiöönsä.
8.2 Perutut tunnit, arkipyhät ja lyhyet lomatauot eivät alenna kuukausimaksua, eikä käyttämättömiä tunteja siirretä niiden vuoksi seuraavaan kuukauteen, kunhan Jäsenellä on kohtuullinen mahdollisuus käyttää 4 tuntia kyseisen kuukauden aikana.
8.3 Jos sulkeminen tai muu KLÚBista johtuva syy estää jäsenyyden käytön yli 7 peräkkäisen päivän ajan, KLÚB pidentää jäsenyyttä vastaavalla ajalla tai hyvittää vastaavan osuuden maksusta. KLÚB ei vastaa tapahtumista, jotka ovat sen kohtuullisten vaikutusmahdollisuuksien ulkopuolella (ylivoimainen este).
9. Jäsenen oikeus päättää jäsenyys ennenaikaisesti
9.1 Määräaika on sitova. Jäsen voi kuitenkin päättää jäsenyyden ennenaikaisesti, jos hänen elämäntilanteensa muuttuu olennaisesti ja ennalta arvaamattomasti niin, että jäsenyyden jatkaminen olisi kohtuutonta, erityisesti:
- sairaus tai vamma, joka estää harjoittelun yli 2 kuukauden ajan (lääkärintodistus);
- raskaus (lääkärin tai neuvolan todistus);
- pysyvä muutto paikkakunnalle, joka on yli 50 km:n päässä lähimmästä KLÚBin studiosta, jolla jäsenyyden tuntityyppiä tarjotaan (todistus uudesta osoitteesta);
- asepalveluksen tai siviilipalveluksen alkaminen (palvelukseen määräys tai palvelustodistus);
- muu vastaava vakava ja ennalta arvaamaton muutos, joka arvioidaan tapauskohtaisesti.
9.2 Pyyntö tehdään sähköpostitse (kohta 14), ja siihen liitetään tarvittava todistus. KLÚB voi ensin tarjota taukoa, jos se ratkaisee tilanteen.
9.3 Jäsenyys päättyy sen kalenterikuukauden lopussa, jona täydellinen pyyntö on vastaanotettu. Jo veloitettuja maksuja ei palauteta, ja kyseisen kuukauden tunteja voi vielä käyttää. Ennenaikaisesta päättämisestä peritään 30 euron käsittelymaksu.
10. KLÚBin oikeus päättää jäsenyys
10.1 KLÚB voi päättää jäsenyyden välittömästi, jos Jäsen olennaisesti rikkoo näitä ehtoja tai studion järjestyssääntöjä, esimerkiksi laiminlyömällä maksuja (kohta 4.4), jakamalla jäsenyyttä tai käyttäytymällä muiden turvallisuutta vaarantavalla tavalla.
10.2 Jos KLÚB lopettaa jäsenyyden tarjoamisen tai sulkee studiot, joilla jäsenyys on voimassa, KLÚB palauttaa käyttämättömältä ajalta maksetut maksut.
11. Terveys ja vastuu
11.1 Jäsen vastaa siitä, että hänen terveydentilansa sallii harjoittelun, ja hänen tulee epävarmoissa tilanteissa kääntyä lääkärin puoleen. Jäsenen on kerrottava ohjaajalle vammoista, sairauksista tai raskaudesta ennen tuntia ja noudatettava ohjaajan ohjeita.
11.2 KLÚB vastaa omalla huolimattomuudellaan aiheuttamistaan vahingoista Suomen lain mukaisesti. KLÚB ei vastaa Jäsenen henkilökohtaisista tavaroista, ellei katoaminen tai vahinko johdu KLÚBin huolimattomuudesta.
11.3 Jäsen vastaa KLÚBin välineille tai tiloille tahallaan tai huolimattomuudellaan aiheuttamistaan vahingoista.
12. Peruuttamisoikeus
12.1 Jos jäsenyys on ostettu verkossa, KLÚB-sovelluksessa tai KLÚBin studioiden ulkopuolella, Jäsen voi peruuttaa sen 14 päivän kuluessa ostosta ilmoittamatta syytä. Peruuttamisoikeus ei koske KLÚBin studiolla paikan päällä ostettuja jäsenyyksiä.
12.2 Peruuttaakseen Jäsen lähettää 14 päivän kuluessa yksiselitteisen ilmoituksen sähköpostitse (kohta 14) tai käyttää klub-studio.com-sivustolla olevaa peruuttamislomaketta.
12.3 KLÚB palauttaa maksut viipymättä ja viimeistään 14 päivän kuluessa peruuttamisilmoituksen vastaanottamisesta samaa maksutapaa käyttäen. Liikuntaetusaldo palautetaan Jäsenen KLÚB-tilille.
12.4 Ostamalla jäsenyyden Jäsen pyytää, että jäsenyys alkaa 1.11.2026, vaikka peruuttamisaika ei olisi vielä päättynyt. Jos jäsenyyttä on jo käytetty, KLÚB vähentää palautuksesta suhteellisen osuuden jokaisesta käytetystä tunnista, myöhäiset peruutukset ja saapumatta jättämiset mukaan lukien (kohta 5.3): 14,75 € / tunti (Mat) tai 18,75 € / tunti (Megaformer).
13. Henkilötiedot
KLÚB käsittelee Jäsenen henkilötietoja tietosuojaselosteensa mukaisesti. Seloste on saatavilla osoitteessa klub-studio.com.
14. Ilmoitukset
Tauko-, irtisanomis- ja peruuttamispyynnöt lähetetään sähköpostitse osoitteeseen contact@klub-studio.com (Helsingin studiot) tai tampere@klub-studio.com (Tampereen studio). KLÚB vahvistaa ne kirjallisesti. KLÚB lähettää ilmoitukset Jäsenen tilille tallennettuun sähköpostiosoitteeseen.
15. Ehtojen muuttaminen
Määräajan aikana KLÚB muuttaa näitä ehtoja vain Jäsenen eduksi tai lain niin vaatiessa. Jatkuvan jäsenyyden ehtojen muuttamiseen sovelletaan kohtaa 7.3.
16. Sovellettava laki ja riidat
16.1 Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia. Erimielisyydet pyritään ratkaisemaan ensisijaisesti neuvottelemalla KLÚBin kanssa.
16.2 Kuluttajana Jäsen voi saattaa erimielisyyden kuluttajariitalautakunnan (www.kuluttajariita.fi) käsiteltäväksi otettuaan ensin yhteyttä kuluttajaneuvontaan, tai nostaa kanteen kotipaikkansa käräjäoikeudessa.
16.3 Ehdot ovat saatavilla englanniksi ja suomeksi. Jos kieliversiot poikkeavat toisistaan, englanninkielinen versio on ratkaiseva.
