Mobility

This group brings together 2 classes: Yoga and Stretching, and offers a comprehensive approach to physical and mental wellness.

Classes complement each other and help to achieve a greater range of motion, improved flexibility, and a deep sense of relaxation.

All classes will be conducted in English.

Stretching
The class focuses on elongating and relaxing the muscles. This class is for those looking to calm down and release muscle tension.

Through a series of smooth and soft stretches, participants will find an effective way to enhance their flexibility and ease muscle stiffness, contributing to a more balanced and harmonious state of being.

Yoga
Enjoy the yoga fluidity of motion through a sequence of restorative movements that flow seamlessly into one another.

With a focus on flexibility and mobility, this class offers a dynamic, yet gentle workout, where the flow of Mobility Yoga ensures an engaging experience - an ideal choice for those seeking a holistic approach to fitness. Please note that the class is not about static poses.
